About Me

How I started my journey!

As I child I loved to run, so from an early age I was involved in athletics, (400m), where I earned many medals. I competed until I was 18 years old, and then I decided to enrol at the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education, where I continued to learn more about the physical and mental condition of humans.

 While I was still studying, I started my Journey in Fitness Industry by working in a Gym where I held Group Classes and Personal Training sessions, there I realized, this is what I want to do in the future.

 So, after my university (2019) I continued my journey in Kuwait, I was working in a gym where I held group classes (HIIT, Booty Burn, Core, Functional, Red Zone, Sweat) and Personal Training sessions.

 I have been working in that gym for 2 and a half years, after that I decided to move to Dubai. There I was working in a company where the training was focused on 1:1 at different locations ( Gym, Home, and Outdoor).

I liked the idea of giving the client the opportunity to choose the place where she/he want’s to train, in order to save time, be more motivated and also to enjoy it, so I moved back to Kuwait and continued doing the same principle here.

 Throughout all this journey Serbia-Kuwait-Dubai-Kuwait I had many clients with different body types, age, motor skills, injuries, problems (motivation, obesity, indiscipline, lack of perseverance and health problems) which gave me a wide spectre of experience.

With all this, I learned how to approach a certain issue and solve it. I won’t say it was easy for me and my clients, but we always managed to find a balance and at the same time to achieve their goals and also get rid of bad eating and lifestyle habits, we were able to prove that eating healthy and living a healthy life is not that difficult.

Who I am

Healthy life is not, “I am on a diet and I can’t eat this’’. You won’t hear this from me.

I believe BALANCE is the key!!!

 My purpose is to help all those who are at the beginning and don’t know how to start or don’t have enough motivation.

 In my opinion it’s important to listen client’s goals, needs and understand their issues, we need to know that this process is not easy for her/him, so my goal is to find the best way to help them and keep them motivated.

 

 I’ll just say one last thing, if my clients and I could do it, you can too.
