Frequently Asked Questions

1. How are workout program designed?

Workout programs are designed to provide a balance between personalization and preset workouts. Personalized workouts are tailored to your specific needs and take into account factors such as your fitness level, goals, and any injuries or limitations you may have. These workouts are customized to help you reach your individual fitness goals effectively. On the other hand, preset workouts offer a convenient and well-rounded fitness routine that has been carefully created to deliver results. The combination of personalized and preset workouts allows you to have the flexibility to choose what works best for you based on your preferences, schedule, and fitness goals.

2. Is each month the same?

No, each month is different. Your workout plan will be completely changed, incorporating different exercises, rep ranges, and training techniques to keep your body guessing and prevent adaptation. Additionally, I will recalculate your meals plan, adjusting the calorie and macronutrient intake to support your changing fitness goals and ensure optimal nutrition for your workouts.

3. How do I receive the Program?

Your program is available on my app. You will receive email where will be explained how you can access to your Training and Nutrition Plan.

4. I am new to the Gym- is this good for beginner?

No problem! Before you purchase the program, you'll fill out a questionnaire to provide information about your fitness level and goals. Based on your answers, I'll create a program that suits your needs. You can choose between personalized workouts or preset routines, both designed to be beginner-friendly. I want to make sure you feel comfortable and confident as you start your fitness journey.

5. What’s the difference between personalized and preset programs?

A personalized program is customized to an individual’s unique needs, goals, and preferences, taking into account factors such as fitness level, goals, health conditions, time availability, and injuries. It is highly tailored and adaptable to the individual’s specific information and requirements.

On the other hand, a preset program is a pre-designed workout routine that is created for a general audience. It follows a predetermined structure with set exercises, sets, repetitions, and rest periods. Preset programs are designed to be followed as-is, without much room for customization or individualization.

In both examples, the personalized program is tailored to address an individual’s specific needs and limitations, while the preset program is a general workout plan that can be followed by a wider
audience without customization.

6. How long do the workouts take?

Workouts are all programmed to be able to completed within roughly 60 minutes.

7. What’s the difference between personalized and preset nutrition plan?

When creating a personalized nutrition plan, factors such as age, gender, height, weight, activity level, health conditions, dietary restrictions, and goals are taken into account. This helps in determining the specific macronutrient and calorie targets, food choices, and portion sizes that are suitable for you. The goal is to provide you with the right amount of calories and nutrients to help you achieve your goals.

In a preset nutrition plan, specific foods cannot be changed or customized because it is pre-designed. However, the calorie intake in a preset plan can still be tailored to your goals. The calorie targets can be adjusted to align with your specific objectives, such as weight loss, maintenance, or muscle gain. This allows you to have a calorie intake that is appropriate for your individual needs and goals, even within the constraints of a preset plan.
